Aaron Staples is the Food and Beverage Manager for The London Bridge Resort. As a Certified Tourism Ambassador and a graduate of the Lake Havasu Leadership program, Aaron’s growth with the Resort has been extraordinary over the last 10 plus years as he worked his way up from being a barback to working in and learning all areas of the resort’s Food and Beverage business. His drive and efforts have placed Aaron with a rare working knowledge of the resort and expertise for this high profile position
“The most important thing to me is to lead by example”, Aaron says. “There is no effort that I will not make to create the very best experience for our customers. This mindset got me where I am. If that is the gold standard for my team, then there is no way we can fail.”
Aaron spends most of his time as a support system for his managers in 5 departments at the resort as well as going back to his roots and jumping behind the bar whenever he gets the chance. Outside of the resort, you will find him on the lake with his wife and dogs.
