Sarah Freick is a certified Le Cordon Bleu Chef and is the Executive Chef at Martini Bay at London Bridge Resort. She is also a mentor chef at WAVE-JTED here in Lake Havasu and is enrolled in the Havasu Leadership course. Her duties at Martini Bay include managing the menu, including food costs and sourcing of food and ingredients. “I hire and train my kitchen staff from food prep, sanitation, and cleanliness, to managing temperatures of food, design of the presentation, plating, and execution of providing consistently great food for our guests.”
Sarah’s expertise lies in creating custom menus not only for Martini Bay but also for the Resort’s Banquet Department. She aims to design menus that are palatable to everyone, innovative, and memorable. Good food elevated. Sarah loves spending time with her family and friends on the lake, but most of all being an auntie to her nieces and nephew.
